These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jilijili platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using jilijili, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active jilijili account. Duplicate accounts, accounts created by the same device, or accounts sharing the same payment method will be flagged for review and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Defined terms may appear in singular or plural form; the interpretation shall be consistent with the surrounding context.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
By registering an Account or otherwise using the Platform, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not illegal or explicitly prohibited.
- You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any other gambling service for problem gambling reasons, unless such exclusion has formally expired.
- The funds you deposit on the Platform are lawfully obtained and are not the proceeds of any criminal or otherwise unlawful activity.
- You understand that gambling carries financial risk and you accept full responsibility for any losses incurred.
Age Verification
jilijili employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable age and identity verification documents include:
- Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
- Valid passport (any nationality)
- Bangladesh driving licence
- Birth certificate (in conjunction with a second document, where required)
The Operator reserves the right to request age verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing any deposit, before releasing any bonus, or when a Player's pattern of activity raises concern. Accounts for which satisfactory verification cannot be completed within the requested timeframe will be suspended pending resolution, and no withdrawals will be processed during the suspension period.
Restricted Countries and Territories
In addition to the 18+ requirement, Players must not be residents of or physically located in jurisdictions where use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited. The Operator will not accept registrations from, or process payments to, accounts associated with Prohibited Jurisdictions. If your jurisdiction is subsequently classified as Prohibited, your Account will be suspended and your real-money Balance will be returned to you via the original deposit method following verification.
3. Account Registration and Verification
To access real-money features of the Platform — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must register an Account by completing the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information. The information you provide at registration forms the basis of your contractual relationship with jilijili and must not contain false, misleading, or third-party data.
One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. The Operator uses a combination of technical, device-based, and payment-method checks to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all such Accounts will be reviewed and may be permanently closed. Any winnings accumulated in duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture. Players who genuinely believe they have accidentally created a duplicate Account should contact support immediately to resolve the issue before any withdrawal is processed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. jilijili will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You must:

- Enable any available two-factor authentication options where offered.
- Notify the jilijili support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
- Log out of your Account on shared or public devices after every session.
The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, except where such loss arises directly from the Operator's own system breach.
KYC Verification Process
Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents, depending on the level of verification required at the time:
- Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence showing full name and date of birth.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name, or card details for Visa/Mastercard users.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
jilijili supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods. All transactions are processed in BDT with no platform-side currency conversion fees.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless a Player has set one via the responsible gaming tools.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
- Deposits made using Visa or Mastercard may take up to 5 minutes to reflect, subject to the issuing bank's processing time.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.
- The Operator reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion, including deposits that appear inconsistent with a Player's stated source of funds.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may take up to 24 hours depending on the payment provider.
- Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved. Players who have not completed KYC will be prompted to do so when a withdrawal request is submitted.
- Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team following a formal request.
- The Operator may delay or decline withdrawal requests where an Account is under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or KYC non-compliance.
- Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements have been fully satisfied.
5. Bonus and Promotional Terms
jilijili offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and returning players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the individual offer terms and these general rules, the individual offer terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have a fully verified Account unless stated otherwise in the individual offer.
- Each Player may claim each specific bonus once only, unless the offer is explicitly described as recurring (e.g., weekly reload bonuses).
- Bonuses credited to an Account must be used within the validity period stated in the individual offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
- Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money funds and bonus funds in the stated proportion. In the absence of a specific instruction, real-money funds are wagered first.
- Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports betting, live casino games, and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual promotion. Table games played in certain modes may contribute at 0%.
- The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion, provided that such action does not unfairly disadvantage Players who are actively completing a wagering requirement at the time of the change.
Welcome Bonus
New Players who register a verified Account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the jilijili Welcome Bonus. The exact amount, percentage, wagering requirement multiplier, minimum qualifying deposit, and eligible games are published on the promotions page of the Platform and may change at any time. Players who claim the welcome bonus by depositing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are subject to the same wagering requirements as all other eligible players.
Abuse and Exploitation
The Operator actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets (known as "bonus hedging") to guarantee withdrawal eligibility without genuine wagering risk, exploiting promotional errors, and collusion between Players to manipulate the outcome of promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Operator reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to permanently close the relevant Account without prior notice.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
Use of the jilijili Platform is subject to the following conduct requirements. All Players agree to comply with these rules at all times. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.
You must not:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
- Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform, including but not limited to automated betting systems, data scraping tools, or session-spoofing software.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or associated systems.
- Engage in collusion with other Players or act in concert with another person to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
- Engage in money laundering, structuring, or any financial activity designed to obscure the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn on the Platform.
- Use payment methods that do not belong to you, or deposit funds on behalf of a third party.
- Make false or misleading statements to support staff, including false claims about identity, payment disputes, or account activity.
- Exploit any technical error, bug, or glitch in the Platform software. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by the Operator.
- Threaten, harass, or abuse any member of the Platform's support team or other Players in any community feature of the Platform.
- Transmit any malicious code, virus, or disruptive data to the Platform or its users.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the jilijili Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, video content, data compilations, and the Platform's overall interface design — is the property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:
- The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or sell any Platform content in any form.
- The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
- The right to create derivative works based on any Platform content or branding.
- The right to use any jilijili trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written permission from the Operator.
Game content is provided to the Platform under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Operator is not liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use of the Platform.
- Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
- Indirect or consequential losses of any kind, even if the Operator was advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
- Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, natural disasters, or government-mandated service restrictions.
Gambling inherently involves financial risk. Players acknowledge and accept that losses are a foreseeable outcome of participating in any casino or sports betting product, and that such losses do not constitute grounds for a claim against the Operator, provided that all games have been operated fairly in accordance with certified RNG standards.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
Closure by the Player
Players may request closure of their jilijili Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing the closure, the support team will confirm the Account balance and advise on any pending wagering requirements or outstanding bonus conditions. Real-money balances will be returned via the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing time following closure confirmation.
Players who are self-excluding for responsible gaming reasons may request a specific self-exclusion period (ranging from 30 days to permanent). Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and the Account is disabled immediately upon confirmation. Self-excluded Players will not receive any marketing communications during the exclusion period.
Suspension or Closure by the Operator
jilijili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Submission of fraudulent or falsified KYC documents.
- Detection of duplicate Accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
- Suspected money laundering or other financial crime associated with the Account.
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers as defined in Section 5.
- Use of automated software, bots, or other prohibited technical methods.
- The Player's jurisdiction being reclassified as a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
In the event of closure for a breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the Operator may forfeit all or part of the Account balance in proportion to the severity and financial impact of the breach. Where no breach is established, any withheld balance will be returned to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The Operator operates on the basis of fair play and transparent dispute handling, and the majority of issues are resolved through direct engagement with the support team without the need for formal proceedings.
Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your Account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other matter related to the Platform, you should:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise the issue with the jilijili support team via live chat. Provide as much detail as possible including your Account username, the date and time of the incident, the relevant game or transaction reference, and the outcome you are disputing. The team aims to resolve all queries within 24 hours.
- Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the initial support response does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may submit a formal written complaint to support@jilijili, clearly marked as a formal complaint. The Operator will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
- Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following the formal complaint process, you may pursue any further remedies available to you under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
The Operator reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at jilijili/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — the Operator will notify registered Players by email and via an on-site notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 9.
